Once your front page has been set up and your services and prices have been defined you're going to to start receiving bookings from clients.

 

Once you get a booking you'll be notified via e-mail. The e-mail should look something like this 

 

Once you login to your dashboard where you can manage your bookings, to manage your bookings, click on "my booking" and on your dashboard you'll see all your pending bookings. You can decide to filter by "upcoming" or "today". Here you can review, confirm and reject the clients you want 

 

 

 

When a client books an appointment with you it appears like this 

 

 

There are 3 distinct buttons; View, confirm and reject. When you click on view, you'll be presented with the booking details, things like the date the booking was made, the service requested of you and the amount paid 

 

 

And if you click on the client button, you'll be presented with the info of the client requesting your service; their name, email and phone number

 

 

 

Once you've viewed the details of the booking made by the client, you can either choose to "Confirm" or "Reject". If you click on "confirm" it'll appear like so 

 

 

And you can then decide how to contact your client. And if you click on "reject" it'll appear like this 

 

 

And the client will be notified you rejected their offer
